Our Policies

Payment Policy:

A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for on-site custom works or furniture or decor etc.). Payments are processed on an order level. and payments for different orders can be clubbed together in a single project.

Payment schedule for On-Site/ Custom works Order:

​

• You can book your interior project by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage of a project. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. 

• 40% payment would be required for raising the order once the design phase is completed. 

• Next 25% payment would be required post the basic woodwork completion at site. Kindly note that this payment has to be cleared before starting the laminate finishes, tiles, or any other external finishes works at site. 

• Remaining 25% payment has to be made before starting the final painting and polishing works at site. This will be proceeded with the deep cleaning and final handover of the home.

**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the entire project has to be cleared before requesting to begin with any painting or                  polish works.

Payment schedule for Modular Order:

​

• You can book your interior project by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage of a project. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. 

• 40% payment would be required for raising the order once the design phase is completed. 

• Remaining 50% payment before delivery of the material at site.

Furniture, Appliances & Decor Payment:

​

• You can place an order for Furniture, Appliances and decor by paying just 50% of the order value during the Phase 2 of the project. 

• Delivery and Installation : 100% payment for the furniture / decor has to be made when the order is ready for delivery at our collaborated store/ sourced store. 

• **A convenience fee of 5% will be charged for the transportation/ management fee for any furniture/ decor/ loose item bought.

**Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the order value of the project has to be cleared before requesting for the delivery and Installation.**

Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

We believe in making every project a beautiful journey and we thrive on delivering on this promise. However, if you change your mind post making the booking payment and wish to proceed with the cancellation, we will offer a refund as per the terms mentioned below.

1. You can cancel the project anytime from the date of the booking till the date of the final sales order is raised.

2. 100% refund for cancellation requests made within 3 working days from the booking date will be processed.

3. 50% refund for cancellation requests made between the 4th working day from the initial booking date to the first cut 3D render shared with the customer will be processed.

4. No refund for cancellation requests made after sharing the final estimation/ second  cut 3D render.

5. As the project moves into the execution stage after 50% payment, we do not offer any cancellation for any item. Even if the client wishes to not keep or use the item for design purposes, no refund will be initiated for it. 

6. Please note that we do not deal in discounts. The quote involves design fee, management of execution, handling the timeline, budget and backend process like 3D rendering, 2D drawings, sourcing of materials, finishes, products from markets as per our finalized design, etc. It is standard to market as well as the kind of expertise and passion that I and my team would bring to the project. We take complete involvement in the project from start to end, even consulting on the products, not in our scope directly, making sure no money is wasted anywhere. 

7. Once the payment of 50% has been taken, de-scoping of any line item will not be accepted in any type of order including but not limited to Modular, Custom works, Furniture, Appliances and decor etc.
